A little understanding makes the next move clearer.

01 / Goal & rules

  1. Reveal every non-mine cell. A number counts mines in its eight neighboring cells.
  2. Easy: 6×6, 5 mines. Normal: 8×8, 10 mines. Hard: 10×10, 18 mines. The first cell and its neighbors are safe.
  3. A zero opens connected safe space. Opening a mine ends the round; flags alone do not win.

02 / Controls & guided practice

  1. Choose Reveal or Flag, then select a cell. No right-click is needed on a phone.
  2. Use arrows to focus a cell, Enter to act and F to switch modes.

Choose Learn by doing above to try coached moves on a real practice board. Your current game is preserved; tutorial results are never recorded.

03 / How scoring works

  1. Score is floor(revealed safe cells ÷ all safe cells × 800,000), plus 200,000 for a win. Maximum: 1,000,000.

Time is informational and is not part of this score formula. Scores are derived from game state; different games use different scales.

04 / A thought for your next move

  1. When a number matches its neighboring flags, examine the remaining neighbors.
  2. Compare overlapping clues before guessing. A flag is your deduction, not a confirmed mine.

Does the guided lesson affect my records?

No. Try this move uses a separate practice board, excluded from records, daily completion and rankings. Your current round is preserved.

How do daily and practice modes differ?

Daily boards are shared for the same game and difficulty, resetting at midnight in Korea. Practice lets you start fresh boards.

Where are my scores kept?

In this browser on this device. A nickname is optional and is not automatically uploaded. Global rankings are unavailable until a server is connected.
